ARM7高精度双金属片形变检测系统
ARM7-based High-precision Deformation Detection System for Bimetallic Strip
【摘要】 为了满足热双金属片生产厂家对产品质量的检测要求,以ARM7为微处理器设计了一款嵌入式检测仪表。该系统的设计运用了液晶图形化显示、测量和控制数据处理、信息存储和管理以及远程通信等技术,较好地满足了检测要求。同时,结合工业过程控制的实际需要,移植了μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统。系统实现了仪表的智能化、信息化及网络化。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirement of quality inspection in factories of bimetallic strips,an embedded detector based on ARM7 microprocessor is designed.In the design of the system,some of the advanced technologies are adopted,e.g.,LCD display,measurement and control data processing,information storage and management,and telecommunication,etc.,thus the requirement of detection is fulfilled.In addition,combining with practical demands in process automation,μC/OS-II real-time operating system is transplanted.It makes the instrument becoming more towards intelligent,information and networking.
