【摘要】 采用Park和Peterson等人编制的成人版人格力量测量量表对我国五个省七所地方高校的大学生进行调查,结果表明,我国大学生24项积极人格特质的发展整体处于中等偏上水平;大学生六大美德力量发展不平衡:智慧的发展水平最低;人性、正义和卓越三类美德力量的发展处于相对较高水平。大学生因性别、是否担任学生干部、文理科、学习成绩、家庭经济等的不同,其在六大美德的发展上也各有不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 By use of VIA Signature Strengths Questionnaire which is established by Seligman,this study investigates students in seven local colleges or universities from five provinces in China,and the results show that development of the 24 positive personality features of these students are at upper middle level on the whole,and development of students’ 6 big moral excellence strength is not balanced:intellectual development is in the lowest level;development of humanity,justice and transcendence is in relatively high level.Development of students’ 6 big moral excellence strength varies with gender,student leaders or not,major in arts or sciences,academic performance,and domestic economy.更多还原
