【摘要】 地勘行业发展离不开高效的管理体制,基于中国地勘行业管理现状和存在的问题,参照国外成熟的行业发展规范,应做好以下基础性工作:(1)组织制定地质勘查政策;(2)尽快调整行业管理与运营机制;(3)规范完善地质勘查技术、行业标准;(4)建立统一的地质勘查行业统计与信息服务制度;(5)发展行业协会;(6)建立应急机制。同时,要实现地勘行业管理体制的有效性,还必须做好几个方面工作:(1)注重产业发展研究,做好行业规划;(2)建立和完善地勘行业市场;(3)提高行业整体科学技术水平;(4)保障地勘投入,强化科学管理;(5)培育信息市场,重视信息化建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper focuses on some specific methods for improving the management system of geological prospecting industry, these include: developing geological exploration policy; re-adjusting the industrial management and operation mechanism as soon as possible; standardizing and improving geological exploration technologies, as well as industrial standards; establishing a unified statistical and information services system; developing the industrial associations; establishing emergency mechanism. The paper goes on to offer some measures for achieving the effectiveness of the management system, as follows: paying more attention to the research on industrial development, and making industrial planning; establishing and perfecting the geological exploration industrial market; raising the level of science and technology as a whole; ensuring the investment in geological exploration, and strengthening the scientific management; as well as fostering information market, and emphasizing on information technology.更多还原
