基于CAN总线的步进电机控制系统的设计

【摘要】 介绍了基于CAN总线的步进电机控制系统的网络结构,阐述了前端智能节点硬件结构的设计方案,并对下位机应用软件和上位机交互界面进行了介绍。该套系统实现了对电机的远程控制与状态检测,连续运行测试证明系统稳定可靠。

【Abstract】 The network structure of the control system for stepper motors based on CAN was introduced.The design scheme of hardware structure for intelligent font-end nodes was expounded,and the application software of lower-end node and the human-computer interface of upper-end computer were depicted.The remote control and state inspec-tion of motors were realized by this system.Finally,continuous running test proved that the system is stable and reli-able.
