【摘要】 介绍了不饱和聚酯树脂生产工艺流程,在对系统功能分析设计的基础上,以研华的ADAM5000数据采集模块为下位机和世纪星为上位机,设计了聚酯树脂生产过程控制监控系统。详细阐述了该系统的硬件设计原理及选型配置,数据监控和采集软件的组态功能。通过实际现场调试结果表明,该控制系统完全达到该制备过程的自动化要求。更多还原
