银基合金摩擦振动与噪声特性的分析与控制
Analysis and Control of Vibration and Noise Induced by Sliding-Friction of Silver-Based Alloy
【摘要】 在银基合金受到激励产生振动与噪声的机理分析基础上,采用振动、噪声的测试手段和频谱分析方法并结合金相分析,发现银基合金汇流导电体内部微观组织中的石墨成分没有均匀分布在银基体周围,致使石墨不能很好地发挥润滑作用,在工作时形成较大振动与噪声。据此研究,提出通过改变其合金成分和改进生产工艺来控制振动与噪声的措施,使其噪声由70.8dB(A)下降到63.4dB(A)。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the vibration and noise of a silver-based alloy excited by sliding-friction. The vibration and noise was tested,and spectrum analysis was adopted to process the signals. The metallographic analysis showed that the graphite particles were not distributed uniformly around the silver base,which decreased the lubrication effect of the graphite and then resulted in a higher level of vibration and noise. A method to decrease the vibration and noise by changing the alloy components and improving the procedure of manufacture was used,and the noise decreased from 70.8 dB to 63.4 dB.
