金属橡胶材料阻尼性能的影响参数

【摘要】 建立了金属橡胶结构损耗因子的理论模型,对金属橡胶结构做动态性能试验,定性研究了金属橡胶材料的密度、热处理工艺对金属橡胶结构损耗因子的影响,并定量研究了材料高度和系统配重对金属橡胶结构损耗因子的影响,运用最小二乘法求得材料高度、配重与损耗因子变化关系的理论表达式,实现了对结构损耗因子的预估,为金属橡胶材料的动态响应分析奠定理论基础。

【Abstract】 This paper presented a theoretical model of loss factor of metal-rubber.Dynamic experiments on a metal-rubber structure were made.Effects of the material density and the heat treatment technology on the loss factors of the structure were investigated qualitatively,and effects of the heights of the material and the weights of the system on the loss factors were also studied quantitatively.The relation between the two parameters and the loss factor was obtained by the least square method.The loss factor of the structure was predicted,and the result established a theoretical foundation for analysis of dynamic response of metal-rubber.
