考虑发动机基础激励的涡轮增压器转子动力学研究

【摘要】 考虑发动机的基础激励和非线性油膜力,建立了涡轮增压器转子-轴承系统的动力学模型,研究了涡轮增压器转子在偏心质量作用下的非线性动力学行为。用数值计算方法对系统的动态响应进行了仿真计算,研究了转子随转速变化的分叉规律以及基础激励对转子非线性动力学行为的影响。结果表明,基础激励会通过非线性油膜力显著地影响转子的动力学行为,且基础激励会降低转子开始发生油膜涡动的转速,但基础激励对转子动力学的影响主要体现在转子转速较低的阶段。

【Abstract】 Considering engine’s foundation excitation and nonlinear oil film force, the dynamic model of a turbocharger rotor-bearing system was established, and its nonlinear dynamic behavior with eccentricity was investigated. The response was simulated using numerical calculation. The bifurcation disciplinarian of the nonlinear rotor with different rotating speeds under foundation excitation was studied, and the influences of foundation excitation were evaluated. The result showed that the foundation excitation remarkably affects the rotor dynamic behavior through the nonlinear oil film force, and the foundation excitation lowers the rotating speed at which the oil whirl occurs; however, the influences of the foundation excitation are more distinct in the lower rotating speed range of the rotor.
