Fe-16Cr-2.5Mo合金悬臂梁减振性能的研究
Vibration damping capacity of a Fe-16Cr-2.5Mo alloy cantilever beam
【摘要】 从解决工程应用问题出发,分别利用加速度传感器与应变传感器,在20 Hz~400 Hz范围内,采用相同的实验方法对比研究了0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢、1100°C退火态与冷轧态Fe-16Cr-2.5Mo合金悬臂梁在宽频带激励下的减振性能。研究结果表明,热处理对Fe-16Cr-2.5Mo合金梁的减振性能有很大的影响,自由振动下退火态悬臂梁的振动加速度和应变衰减较冷轧态与0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢显著;受迫振动下退火态悬臂梁的振动加速度峰值与应变峰值较0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢与冷轧态有明显的下降。
【Abstract】 Acceleration sensors and strain sensors were used to study damping properties of a Fe-16Cr-2.5Mo alloy cantilever beam and a 18-8 stainless steel cantilever beam in frequency range of 20 Hz~ 400 Hz under identical experimental conditions.The results indicated that the acceleration and strain of the Fe-16Cr-2.5Mo alloy beam(annealed at 1100℃) decay more significantly compared with those of the 18-8 stainless steel one.The results also showed that the acceleration peaks and strain peaks of the Fe-16Cr-2.5Mo alloy beam are obviously lower than those of the 18-8 stainless steel one.
