【摘要】 目的研究绵萆薢Dioscoreaseptemloba的化学成分。方法用乙醇提取,石油醚、醋酸乙酯萃取,反复硅胶柱色谱技术分离纯化,根据理化性质,气质联用分析和光谱数据比较鉴定化学结构。结果分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为4,8-二甲基-1,7-壬二烯(Ⅰ)、5-异丙基-2,8-二甲基环癸酮(Ⅱ)、3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯-1-醇甲酯(Ⅲ)、十二酸甲酯(Ⅳ)、N,N′-二硝基-1,2-环己二胺(Ⅴ)、1-辛炔-4-醇(Ⅵ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)、棕榈酸(Ⅷ)、豆甾醇(Ⅸ)、6,7-二羟基-2-甲氧基-1,4-菲二酮(Ⅹ)、薯蓣皂苷元(Ⅺ)、鲁可斯皂苷元(ⅩⅡ)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(ⅩⅢ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ、ⅩⅡ、ⅩⅢ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Dioscorea septemloba.Methods The compounds were isolated by GC-MS and chromatography on silica gel column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis.Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 4,8-dimethyl-1,7-nonadiene(Ⅰ),5-isopropyl-2,8-dimethylcyclodeca(Ⅱ),3,7-dimethyl-6-octen-1-ol-formate(Ⅲ),dodecanoic acid methyl easter(Ⅳ),N,N’-dinitro-1,2 cyclohexanddiamine(Ⅴ),1-octyn-4-ol(Ⅵ),β-sitosterol(Ⅶ),palmitic acid(Ⅷ),stigmasterol(Ⅸ),6,7-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-1,4-phenanthrenedione(Ⅹ),diosgenin(Ⅺ),ruscogenin(ⅩⅡ),and stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(ⅩⅢ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ—Ⅵ,Ⅸ,Ⅹ,ⅩⅡ,and ⅩⅢ are obtained from this plant for the first time.更多还原
