【摘要】 目的研究萝卜秦艽的化学成分。方法采用大孔树脂、薄层色谱、硅胶柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化实验和波谱分析等方法进行结构鉴定。结果从95%乙醇提取物的大孔树脂10%乙醇洗脱物中分离、鉴定了1个环烯醚萜苷类化合物8,10-dehydropulchelloside。结论该化合物为新化合物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents in the roots of Phlomis medicinalis.Methods The compound was isolated and repeatedly purified by macroporous resin,silica gel column chromatography,TLC,and Prep-HPLC.Its stracture was elucidated by physical and chemical properties and NMR spectra.Results One iridoid glucoside was obtained and elucidated as 8,10-dehydropulchelloside.Conclusion The compound is a new one.更多还原
