凹凸棒石对保肝醒酒胶囊中葛根素和天麻素吸附影响考察

【摘要】 目的:考察凹凸棒石对保肝醒酒胶囊(葛根、天麻)水煎提取液中葛根素、天麻素吸附影响。方法:以葛根素、天麻素含量、煎出总固体物量和溶液澄清度为考察参数,分别用不同浓度的普通凹凸棒石、酸化凹凸棒石、N-琥珀酰壳聚糖、乙醇以及自然放置方法处理葛根水煎提取液、天麻水煎提取液和保肝醒酒胶囊水煎提取液,评价对中药水煎液中葛根素和天麻素的影响以及对无效成分的去除作用。结果:在3种水煎提取液中,对无效成分的去除能力依次为乙醇沉淀法>酸化凹凸棒法>普通凹凸棒法>自然沉淀法>N-琥珀酰壳聚糖沉淀法;对葛根素和天麻素的吸附影响则为乙醇沉淀法>N-琥珀酰壳聚糖沉淀法>自然沉淀法>普通凹凸棒沉淀法>酸化凹凸棒沉淀法。结论:酸化凹凸棒石适宜作为以葛根素和天麻素为主要有效成分的中药制剂在提取精制过程中的沉淀剂。

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the adsorptive influence of attapulgite on puerarin and gastrodin in the extraction of Baogan Xingjiu Capsule(Radix puerariae lobatae and Rhizoma gastrodiae) decoction. METHODS: Using puerarin,gastrodin,decocted total solid and clarity of solution as indexes,Radix puerariae,Rhizome gastrodiae and Baogan Xingjiu Capsule decoction were treated by different concentration of ordinary attapulgite,acided attapulgite,N-succinyl-chitosan,ethanol and settle process,respectively.Further,these adsorptive effects were evaluated. RESULTS: The degree of clearing efficacy on ineffective component was ethanol>acided attapulgite>ordinary attapulgite>settle process>N-succinyl-chitosan,and the degree of adsorptive effect on puerarin and gastrodin was as follows: ethanol>N-succinyl-chitoan>settle process>ordinary attapulgite>acided attapulgite. CONCLUSION: Acided attapulgite could be used as an adsorbing substance in Baogan Xiuggjiu Capsule decoction extraction,mainly containing puerarin and gastrodin.
