白子菜水提物对自发性高血压大鼠降血压作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨白子菜水提物对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用以及对大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。方法:将40只SHR随机分为5组:空白对照组、白子菜水提物高、中、低剂量组、卡托普利组,每组8只。采用尾动脉测压法测量给药前及给药后1、2、3、4、5、6、7周大鼠血压,于给药7周后,检测大鼠血清NO含量,ET含量及SOD活性。结果:在给予药物治疗7周期间,白子菜水提物明显降低SHR大鼠的血压,同时能显著增加大鼠血清NO含量,降低大鼠血清ET含量,并显著提高SOD活性。结论:白子菜水提物可能通过降低血清ET含量和升高NO含量来发挥对SHR大鼠的降压效应,并能提高SOD活性。

【Abstract】 AIM:To explore the effects of the aqueous extract from Gynura divaricata(L)DC. on spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHR),and on the content of nitric oxide(NO),Endothelin(ET) and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum. METHODS: Forty SHRs were randomly divided into five groups: untreated control group,the high,middle,low dosage group of the aqueous extract and Captopril group,with eight rats in each group.BP were measured respectively by tail-cuff technique before therapy and one week,two weeks,three weeks,four weeks,five weeks,six weeks,seven weeks after therapy.The serum content of NO,ET,activity of SOD will be detected after seven weeks therapy. RESULTS: During seven weeks’ treatment,the aqueous extract of Gynura divaricata(L)DC.significantly lowered the blood pressure of rats.Meanwhile,significantly increased NO content,decreased markedly the content of ET and enhanced the activity of SOD. CONCLUSION: The hypotensive function of Gynura divaricata(L)DC.aqueous extract significantly hypotensive function in SHR.Its mechanism may increase NO content and reduce content of ET of the serum,and enhance the activity of SOD.
