疏松砂岩储层水平井安全钻井周期确定研究

【摘要】 疏松砂岩层段打开井眼后有一个井眼收缩过程,井壁周围的围岩由于蠕变而逐渐向井眼收缩变形,导致缩径、卡钻以及下套管遇阻甚至挤毁套管等事故的发生。通过对渤中某区块砂岩储层的岩心进行蠕变试验,得到了蠕变方程及蠕变参数,结合地应力、钻井液密度以及蠕变参数对缩径率的影响,运用FLAC3D软件进行数值模拟计算,得到了该区块疏松砂岩水平井井眼变形随时间变化的规律,确定了疏松砂岩层水平井水平段安全钻井周期。结果表明该区块钻水平井时可以不考虑蠕变引起的钻井安全周期问题。

【Abstract】 The well hole of the loose sandstone reservoir will shrink after being drilled and the adjacent rock of the well will shrink too which will lead to the accidents such as hole diameter reduction,sticking while running casing or even casing collapse.Through the creep test of the core of the sandstone reservoir in some block of Bozhong region,and the creep equation and creep parameters of the core was gotten.Then the regular of the changing between the time and the wellbore deformation in the loose sandstone reservoir was gotten by using FLAC3D software calculation,and the safety drilling period of horizontal well was determined at the same time.The ultimate conclusion indicated that the safety drilling period of the horizontal well in this block couldn’t be considered.
