管外窜流出液规律实验研究

【摘要】 为了研究管外窜流封窜机理与方法,研究了管外窜流出液规律。在实验室建立了不同压力体系、不同流动介质的管外窜流出液模型。用回压模拟井底压力,在不同井底压力和不同油水层压力下研究了管外窜流油水层压力变化规律,产水率变化规律,得出当油层压力大于井底压力时,油层有油产出;当井底压力大于油层压力而小于水层压力时,流动稳定时油层压力和井底压力大小相同,含水率达到100%;当井底压力等于水窜层压力时,水窜进油层,油水层压力趋于相同。

【Abstract】 For study on plugging mechanism and methods of outside channeling,the flow rule of outside channelling was researched.The flow model of outside channelling in different pressure system and different flow media was established.The bottom pressure was simulated by using backpressure,variation rules of pressure and water production rate of water/oil bed under different bottom pressure and different channelling-bed pressure were researched.The results showed when reservoir pressure is higher than bottom pressure,oil can flow out,and if channeling-bed pressure is farther higher than reservoir pressure,water production rate is comparatively high;When bottom pressure is higher than reservoir pressure,but lower than water-channeling bed pressure,reservoir pressure is equal to bottom pressure at stability,water production rate attains 100%;When bottom pressure is equal to water-channeling bed pressure,water-channeling-bed fluid enters into reservoir,water/oil-bed pressure is identical;When water-channeling-bed pressure and bottom pressure are constant,rising of water-channeling-bed pressure increases water-channeling velocity.
