两性离子聚合物交联稠化酸的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 为获得良好缓速性能的稠化酸,采用含酰胺基团的两性离子聚合物为稠化剂、具有多醛结构的化合物为交联剂,配制出了具有良好缓速性能的两性离子聚合物交联稠化酸。考察了温度、交联剂用量、聚合物用量以及两性离子聚合物结构对交联稠化酸液性能的影响。研究结果表明,用于配制交联稠化酸的聚合物中酰胺基团的摩尔含量以50%~60%为宜,交联剂加量在1.5~2.0g/L之间,温度的升高有利于交联稠化酸在较短的时间内获得高黏度。与普通稠化酸相比交联稠化酸具有更好的缓速性能,破胶后残渣含量少,可用于碳酸盐地层的深部携砂酸化压裂作业。

【Abstract】 For preparing well-retarding gelling acid,the zwitterion polymer crosslinked gelling acid is formulated by zwitterion polymer containing amide groups as gelatinizer,and a mulriple system mainly composed of multi-aldehyde structure compound as crosslinker.The effect of temperature,concentration of crosslinker,polymer gelatinizer,and polymer structure on performance of crosslinked gelled acid is studied.The results show that 50%-60% content of amide groups in polymer composing crosslinked gelling acid and 1.5-2.0g/L of the crossliker are felicitous,in addition,high temperature can make for obtaining high viscidity of crosslinked gelling acid in short times.The performances of crosslinked gelling acid are systematically investigated.It is concluded that this acid system had good properties,compared with viscous acid,crosslinked acid(20%HCl+0.8wt%copolymer+1%corrosion inhibitor+2g/L cross-linker+0.25%gel-breaking agent) has high viscosity and good properties in retardance performance.The apparent viscosity and residue content of liquids after gel-breaking accord with pertinent standard.So this crosslinked gelling acid system can be applied in carbonate acidizing treatments.
