大庆油田二类油层驱油用聚合物的研制

【摘要】 针对大庆油田二类油层的地层条件,以丙烯酰胺、少量疏水单体N-十二烷基丙烯酰胺(AMC12)为原料,采用胶束水溶液共聚合方法合成了抗盐聚合物KP,研究了甲酸钠对KP分子量的影响以及表面活性剂TritonX-100对其水溶性的影响,进一步评价了KP的抗盐性能,并进行了驱油实验。结果表明:控制聚合物KP的分子量为1500×104左右,以大庆油田模拟矿化水(4000mg/L)配制聚合物浓度为1000mg/L,聚合物KP的溶液黏度远高于HPAM(1500×104)的溶液黏度,与HPAM(3000×104)的相当,并具有很好的长期稳定性。岩心驱油实验结果表明,可比水驱提高采收率12%以上。因此,中等分子量抗盐聚合物KP在大庆油田二类油层具有很好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 A polymer,named KP,was synthesized from acrylamide monomer and a few hydrophobic monomer N-dodecyl acrylamide(AMC12) via micellar polymerization in water.The effect of sodium formiate on KP molecular weight and surfactant Triton X-100 on water-solubility of KP polymer was studied,and the salt tolerant property of KP polymer was evaluated,and oil displacement testing was carried out.The molecular weight of KP was measured to be around 15 million.It was also found that the viscosity of KP water solution is much higher than that of HPAM15(molecular weight 15 million) water solution at the same polymer concentration of 1000 mg/L and close to that of HPAM30(molecular weight 30 million)/water solution.Furthermore,KP is very stable,displacement efficiency tests show that the oil recovery increases by 12% when KP solution was used instead of water.Medium molecular weight polymer KP has a good application prospect in Class II reservoir in Daqing oilfield.
