【Abstract】 Midkine (MK),a newly discovered heparin-binding growth factor,promotes growth,survival,and migration in various cells. Meanwhile,MK stimulates statistically significant forms in new arterioles and capillaries,causes vascular remodeling,prevents ischemia myocardial cells from injury via inhibiting apoptosis.
