在Φ560mm缸径压机上实现Φ46(Φ48)mm大腔体合成的研究(下)
Synthesizing Φ46(Φ48)mm chamber in the press with 560mm cylinder diameter
【摘要】 小压机合成大腔体是作者长期坚持的研究方向,并在Φ560mm压机上进行了相当长时间的研究。据了解,目前国内该类型压机仅能合成Φ40-43mm腔体,而我们合成到了Φ46-48mm腔体,在保证质量的情况下,单产提高了15%~20%。文章详细地讨论了顶锤的设计,合成块的设计,不同合成工艺的试验。同时对产量、质量(包括TI、TTI)、顶锤消耗进行了详细的统计、评估。
【Abstract】 In the paper,the authors synthesized φ46~48mm chambers using the φ560mm press,in which φ40~43mm chambers were synthesized in domestic at present. As the same quality,the unit yield was increased 15%~20%. It has discussed the design of anvil and assembly block and different synthesizing technology in the details,as well as calculates the yield,quality (including TI,TTI) and anvil consumption.
