【摘要】 目的评价氟芬那酸丁酯软膏对面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法将入选的130例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组外用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏,对照组外用自制维生素E霜,两组疗程均为28天。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为69.23%和23.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二组病例均未见明显不良反应。结论氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效好,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of butyl flufenamate in the treatment on glucocorticoid addictive facial dermatitis.Methods 130 patients with glucocorticoid addictive facial dermatitis were divided into treatment and control group.The patients in experiment group were smeared with butyl flufenamate cream,and those in control group were treated by vitamin E ointment,both of the two courses of treatment were 28 days. Results The total effective rates of the treatment and control group were 69.23%and 23.08%with significant difference(P<0.05) and the adverse reaction was not found in both groups.Conclusion Butyl flufenamate is an effective and safe method in treatment of glucocorticoid addictive facial dermatitis.更多还原
