【摘要】 目的分析神经梅毒患者血清和脑脊液实验室检查结果在不同病程分组之间是否具有差异性。方法以30名正常人为阴性对照,对28名HIV阴性神经梅毒患者的住院病案进行回顾性分析,用SPSS13.0软件包进行统计学分析。结果早期神经梅毒患者16例(57.1%),晚期神经梅毒患者12例(42.9%),没有无症状神经梅毒患者入院接受治疗。神经梅毒患者脑脊液白细胞计数、葡萄糖含量以及蛋白含量比对照组明显升高,早期与晚期患者之间血清和脑脊液RPR滴度、TPAb检测、白细胞计数、葡萄糖含量及蛋白含量实验室检查结果差异无统计学意义。结论早期神经梅毒在入院病人中所占比重较大;神经梅毒患者血清和脑脊液RPR滴度与TPAb检测敏感性高,脑脊液细胞计数和生化检查结果可以为诊断提供参考;不能将神经梅毒患者血清和脑脊液实验室检查结果作为判定神经梅毒病程进展情况及分期的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the differences of serum or CSF laboratory test between different stages of patients with neurosyphilis.Methods 28 cases of patients with HIV-negtive neurosyphilis plus 30 cases of healthy adults as control group were retrospective studied using SPSS 13.0 software package.Result Sixteen(57.1%) were early neurosyphilis and twelve(42.9%) were late neurosyphilis,no patient with asymptomatic neu-rosyphilis to be hospitalized for further therapy.The CSF WBC counting,glucose content and protein level of patients with neurosyphilis were higher than that of negtive control group.Serum or CSF RPR titre,TPAb test, WBC counting,glucose content and protein level of laboratory test results between early and late patients with neurosyphilis showed no remarkable difference.Conclusions The proportion of hospital patients with early neurosyphilis increased;The CSF or serum RPR titre and TPAb tests showed high sensitivity and the cytological or biochemical test results of CSF could be referred as evidence of neurosyphilis diagnosis;but we could not take the laboratory test results of serum or CSF as evidence for staging of patients with neurosyphilis.更多还原
