光老化性疾病皮损中c-jun、c-fos的表达及意义
Expression of c-jun and c-fos in Skin Lesion of Photoaged Disease
【摘要】 目的研究原癌基因c-jun、c-fos在光老化性疾病皮损中的表达,探讨c-jun、c-fos在光老化性疾病发病中的作用机制。方法应用免疫组化法检测c-jun、c-fos蛋白在正常组织、光老化性疾病皮损组织中表达。结果光老化性疾病皮损组织c-jun、c-fos蛋白表达高于其在正常对照组皮肤组织中的表达,其主要表达于细胞核,少数定于细胞浆;相关分析显示光老化性疾病皮损组织c-jun与c-fos之间呈正相关;不同类型光老化性疾病即慢性光化性皮炎、光化性弹性纤维病、日光性角化病皮损中c-jun、c-fos的表达无统计学差异。结论c-jun、c-fos表达异常可能共同参与光老化性皮肤病的发生、发展,但与光老化性疾病的临床类型无关。
【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of c-jun and c-fos protein in skin lesion of photoaged disease and investigate the role of c-jun and c-fos in the pathogenesis of photoaged disease.Methods c-jun and c-fos protein expression was examined by immunohistochemistry in normal skin tissues,lesional photoaged disease skin of different types.Results The expression of c-jun and c-fos in the photoaged disease was higher than that of in normal skin,c-jun and c-fos was located in both cytoplasma and nuclei,locating in nuclei of many cells and in cytoplasma of few cells.An positive correlation was found between c-jun and c-jun in photoaged disease.The expression of c-jun and c-fos in chronic actinic dermatitis,actinic elastosis,and solar keratosis had no difference. Conclusions c-jun、c-fos may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of photoaged disease,but not relate to category of photoaged disease.
