【摘要】 目的了解Marshall-White综合征的临床特点及发病机制。方法对2003年11月～2009年3月在本院就诊的25例Marshall-White综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果25例患者中男19例,女6例,平均年龄(26.08±5.45)岁,患者均表现为四肢不规则性白斑,下垂或加压肢体时白斑变得明显,而平卧或抬高患肢后白斑变淡或消退。结论Marshall-White综合征临床少见,好发于四肢末端。诊断主要依据其临床表现。其发病机制目前还不清楚。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the clinical characteristics and pathogenesis of Marshall-White syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 25 cases with Marshall-White syndrome were retrospectively analyzed from Nov 2003 to Mar 2009.Results 19 cases in 25 cases were males and 6 cases were females with a mean age of 26.08±5.45 years old.All cases had irregular pale macules on the limbs,the pale macules became apparent when the limbs were hung down or pressed but when raised or lying down the symptom disappeared.Conclusion Marshall-White syndrome is rare and usually found on the extremity of limbs.The diagnosis is made according to clinical manifestation.At present it remains unknown of pathogenesis of the disease.更多还原
