【摘要】 目的探讨Integrinβ1和CD44v6在皮肤黑素瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化ABC法检测Integrinβ1和CD44v6蛋白在36例皮肤黑素瘤、34例色素痣及31例正常皮肤组织中的表达。结果Integrinβ1在正常对照、色素痣和黑素瘤组织中表达的阳性率分别为41.9%,47.1%和77.7%,在黑素瘤组织中的表达强度显著高于色素痣和正常对照(P<0.05);CD44v6在正常对照、色素痣和黑素瘤组织中的阳性率分别为51.6%,58.8%和75.0%,三组间表达无显著差异(P>0.05)。Integrinβ1和CD44v6在黑素瘤IV～V级组和有淋巴结转移组中的表达强度显著高于I～III级组和无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);二者在黑素瘤组织中表达呈正相关(r=0.463,P<0.05)。结论Integrinβ1和CD44v6的表达与皮肤黑素瘤的发生发展及浸润转移有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Integrinβ1 and CD44v6 in cutaneous melanoma and their significance.Methods The expression levels of Integrinβ1 and CD44v6 proteins were determined by immunohistochemical analysis(ABC method) in 36 cases of cutaneous melanoma,34 cases of pigmented mole and 31 cases of normal skin tissues.Results Positive ratio of Integrinβ1 were 41.9%,47.1% and 77.7% in control,pigmented mole and cutaneous melanoma respective.Moreover,the expression levels of Integrinβ1 was significantly higher in skin melanoma than that in pigmented mole and normal tissues(P<0.05).Positive ratio of CD44v6 were 51.6%,58.8% and 75.0% in control,pigmented mole and cutaneous melanoma respective,but no significant difference was found in CD44v6(P>0.05).The expression intensity of Integrinβ1 and CD44v6 were significanf higher in IV-Vgrade and positive of lymph node metastasis than that in IV-Vgrade and negative of lymph node metastasis in cutaneous melanoma(P<0.05),the expression of Integrinβ1was correlated with that of CD44v6(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of Integrinβ1 and CD44v6 may correlate with metastasis and invasion of cutaneous melanoma.更多还原
