【摘要】 报告1例误诊长达2年的瘤型麻风合并Ⅱ型麻风反应病例。患者女,32岁。面部和四肢反复出现痛性红斑、结节,伴有发热、左前臂疼痛2年。曾诊断为变应性血管炎和结节性血管炎,口服甲泼尼龙片和10%碘化钾溶液后好转,停用后病情反跳。体检:T38.2℃,双侧眉毛全部脱落。左侧前臂屈侧正中部压痛明显,伸侧温度觉丧失。面部、双上肢和双下肢对称分布多发新旧不一的水肿性红斑、结节,压痛明显。诊断:瘤型麻风,Ⅱ型麻风反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 32-year-old female patient had suffered from tender erythematous nodules repeatedly on face and limbs along with fever for two years.The patient suffered lepromatous leprosy four years ago and a multidrug therapy was given for two years.This case was misdiagnosed as allergic cutaneous vasculitis and erythema nodosum etc.Given corticosteroids and potassium iodide,the patients’ condition was improved but deteriorated after the therapy stopped.Physical examination was the eyebrows all lost,the eruption consists of bilateral symmetrical tender erythematous nodules.Histological findings of skin biopsy prove the diagnosis of erythema nodosum leprosum.更多还原
