【摘要】 目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效及复发率。方法将入选的78例CA患者随机分为A组(37例)和B组(41例),A组采用ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗,B组单纯CO2激光治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效及复发率。结果A组治愈31例(83.78%),复发6例(16.22%);B组治愈25例(60.98%),复发16例(39.02%)。结论ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗CA治愈率高于单纯CO2激光治疗组,且可降低复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of aminolevulinic-acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)combined with carbon dioxide(CO2)laser therapy on patients with condyloma accuminata(CA).Methods Thirty-seven patients with CA were treated with combination of ALA-PDT and CO2 laser therapy,and forty-one patients with CA were treated with CO2 laser therapy only,respectively.Results Of combination treated group,31 of 37(83.78%),6 of 37(16.22%) exhibited clinical cleared,recurred respectively after a follow-up of 3 months.The corresponding figures of CO2 laser treated group were 25 of 41(60.98%),16 of 41(39.02%),respectively.Conclusion The study indicated that the combined treatment of ALA-PDT and CO2 laser therapy showed better clear rates,compared with that of CO2 laser therapy.ALA-PDT can reduce the recurrence rate of CA farther based on the initial CO2 laser therapy.更多还原
