【摘要】 目的观察白癜风患者外周血CD4,CD8细胞的变化及免疫调节剂在白癜风综合治疗中的作用。方法采用流式细胞术分别对符合条件的局限型白癜风患者及泛发型白癜风患者各20例进行外周血CD4,CD8测定,并与正常对照组比较;对泛发型白癜风患者给予免疫调节剂等综合治疗。结果局限型白癜风患者CD4,CD8基本正常,泛发型白癜风患者CD4下降,CD8升高,使用免疫调节剂治疗后CD4细胞有不同程度升高,CD8细胞下降。结论泛发型白癜风患者多数存在细胞免疫功能低下,使用免疫调节剂治疗可以有效提高患者的细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect CD4/CD8 in peripheral blood of vitiligo patients’ and to evaluate immunomodulator’s therapeutic effect on vitiligo.Methods Detect peripheral blood CD4/CD8 with flow cytometry in extensive and limitative vitiligo patients and normal controls,observe therapeutic effect on extensive vitiligo patients with integrated treatment with immunomodulator.Results CD4/CD8 in limitative vitiligo patients were normal,CD4 were lower and CD8 higher in extensive vitiligo patients,CD4 were increased and CD8 decreased after integrated treatment with immunomodulator.Conclusion Cellular immunity is impaired in extensive vitiligo patients,integrated treatment with immunomodulator can increase cure rate and enhance cellular immunity.更多还原
