尖锐湿疣组织中NF-κB mRNA和VEGF mRNA的定量表达及意义

【摘要】 目的研究核转录因子(NF-κB)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达及意义。方法利用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法测定24例尖锐湿疣患者皮损和19例健康对照者皮肤(包皮)中NF-κB mRNA和VEGF mRNA的表达,并分析其意义和相关性。结果尖锐湿疣患者皮损中NF-κB mRNA和VEGF mRNA的表达明显高于健康对照者皮肤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其NF-κB mRNA的表达与VEGF mRNA的表达呈显著相关性(r=0.59263,P=0.0023)。结论NF-κB mRNA和VEGF mRNA的表达上调可能与尖锐湿疣的发生和发展有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine expression of nuclear factor of kappa B and vascular endothelial growth factor,and its relation to clinical characteristics in condyloma acuminata. Methods Expression of NF-κB mRNA and VEGF mRNA in 24 cases of condyloma acuminata and 19 health control were measured by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR). Results Expression of NF-κB mRNA and VEGF mRNA in condyloma acuminata was significantly higher than that in health control (P<0.01). Significant correlation in condyloma acuminata were found between expression of NF-κB mRNA and VEGF mRNA (r=0.59263,P=0.0023). Conclusions Our results show that overexpression of NF-κB mRNA and VEGF mRNA could play an important role in the development and process of condyloma acuminata.
