斑秃免疫学发病机制研究进展
New Perspective on Immunol Pathogeny of Alopecia Areata
【摘要】 斑秃是一种毛囊的T细胞介导的自身免疫性疾病,毛囊免疫耐受被打破,黑素细胞相关蛋白激发Th1型免疫反应主要攻击生长期毛囊,引起骤然非瘢痕性毛发脱失。毛囊研究的便宜性和斑秃体外模型的成熟建立使斑秃免疫学研究在自身免疫性疾病的研究中占有优势地位。本文从免疫相关基因的易感性、自身抗原表位扩展、自身抗体的体内非致病性、T细胞相互作用与调节等方面对斑秃的免疫学发病机制进展作了回顾,以助于研究者对其有更好的理解。
【Abstract】 Alopecia areata(AA) is now understood to represent an organ-restricted,T cell-mediated autoimmune disease.Peripheral tolerance is disrupted and Melanocyte-associated proteins activate T cells to induce a Th1 response activity that exclusively attacks anagen hair follicles so that AA features as abrupt hair loss with no scar remained when remission.The accessibility of hair follicles as well as the availability of animal models makes this condition a useful system to study induction of autoimmunity.Here,the role of gene related immunoly associations,autoantigens spreading,autoantibodies pathognomy and T cells multi-action in alopecia areata pathogenesis are reviewed.We present and trim the immunologic mechanism of AA to add a new dimension to understand it.
