【摘要】 目的探讨冰黄肤乐软膏联合复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效和不良反应。方法将所有患者随机分为两组。治疗组34例,外用冰黄肤乐软膏,口服复方甘草酸苷片3片,均3次/d;对照组29例,外用肝素钠乳膏,3次/d,口服药同治疗组。两组均治疗4周观察疗效。结果治疗组、对照组的有效率分别为79.41%和72.41%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冰黄肤乐软膏外用治疗寻常性银屑病安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of the Binghuangfule ointment combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups.34 cases of treatment group were treated by Binghuangfule ointment for there times per day,29 cases of control group treated by heparin sodium cream for there time per day too,all the patients were treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets 9 tablets per day.To observe the efficacy at the end of the treatment.Results The effective rates of the treatment and the control groups were 79.41%and 72.41%,respectively.with no significant difference(P>0. 05).Conclusion Binghuangfule ointment is effective for psoriasis vulgaris with rare side effects.更多还原
