【Abstract】 A 38 years old man presented pruritic numb rashes on his right wrist,worsing for one week.Physical examination revealed red annular plaques on flexor aspect of the right wrist.Histologically,epithelioid granulomas around dermal appendages or neurovaseular structures were observed in the dermis.The patient was treated with a combination of dapsone and rifampin.更多还原
