【摘要】 目的探讨依匹斯汀联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法将78例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,予依匹斯汀联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液治疗,对照组38例,单用依匹斯汀治疗。结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为95.00%和84.21%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组痊愈率和复发率分别为67.50%和3.70%,对照组分别为34.21%和38.46%,两组差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论依匹斯汀联合牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效肯定,复发率较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of espinastine combined with injection of extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus on chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 78 patients suffering from chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups.The observed groups 40 cases were treated with espinastine and injection of extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus,the control groups 38 cases were treated with sole espinastine.Results The total effective rates of two groups respectively were 95.00%(the cure groups) and 84.21%(the control groups),between which there was no significant difference;The cure and recurrence rate of observed group were 67.50%and 3.70%,and those of control group were 34.21%and 38.46%,and there were significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Espinastine has high effect in treatment of chronic urticaria,and the cure rates of espinastine combined with injection of extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus on chronic urticaria were higher than that of sole espinastine.更多还原
