【Abstract】 Th₁₇ cells were identified as a distinct T-cell lineage different from Th₁ and Th₂ recently,with the function of cooperatively mediate various immunologic responses and playing important roles in autoimmune diseases with other immune cells which were considered to be mediated by Th₁ originally.Th₁₇ cells have been demonstrated also to act as a mediator in pathogenesis of psoriasis,and suggested to play roles in certain skin diseases.更多还原
