【摘要】 目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法136例患者随机分为三组:A组外用复方卡力孜然酊,2次/d;B组采用NB-UVB照射,每周3次;C组采用NB-UVB治疗仪联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗。三组疗程均为6周。结果治疗后C组的PASI评分与A组或B组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05);C组有效率为86.96%,明显高于A组或B组,差异有显著性(P均<0.05)。结论NB-UVB联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗寻常性银屑病有较好的疗效,治疗安全、不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of narrowband ultraviolet B(NB-UVB) phototherapy combined with kaliziran tincture in the treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris. Methods 136 patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris were divided into three groups.A group was treated with kaliziran tincture,3 times per day.B group with NB-UVB phototherapy,3 times per week.C group with NB-UVB phototherapy as well as kaliziran tincture.The patients in three groups all received 6 weeks course of treatment. Results The PASI grades of C group after 6 weeks were significantly lower than that of A group and B group(P<0.05).The total effcetive rate of C group was 86.96%,there was significant difference between the C group vs the A group,C group vs the B group(P all<0.05).Conclusion It is effective and safety for NB-UVB phototherapy combined with kaliziran tincture in the treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris.更多还原
