【摘要】 目的观察伊曲康唑治疗孢子丝菌病的疗效。方法选择在本院皮肤科就诊的明确诊断为孢子丝菌病患者30例,随机分为两组,分别予单独服用伊曲康唑和伊曲康唑与碘化钾联合治疗。结果联合用药组3个月痊愈率为55.0%,6个月痊愈率为100.0%;伊曲康唑组分别为40.0%,100.0%。结论单独口服伊曲康唑治疗孢子丝菌病疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of itraconazole in treatment on sporotrichosis. Methods We totally selected 30 cases who were clinic patients in Dermatological Department of our Hospital and were clearly diagnosed as sporotrichosis.These 30 patients were randomly divided into two groups.One group was given itraconazole alone by oral administration.The second group received the combination administration of itraconazole and kalii lodide. Results In the group with combination administration,the curable rate was 55.0% in three months and it reached the 100.0% in six months.Meanwhile in the group with administration itraconazole alone,the curable rate was 40.0% in three months and it also reached the 100.0% in six months.Conclusion Oral administration of itraconazole alone had definite therapeutic effect in treatment of sporotrichosis.更多还原
