【摘要】 目的探讨MMP-11蛋白在早期乳腺癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征、ER、PR及HER-2的关系。方法用免疫组化二步法检测76例有完整随访资料的早期乳腺癌患者乳腺癌组织中MMP-11、ER、PR及HER-2的表达,观察其与临床病理特征的关系,并进行统计学分析。结果MMP-11在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率为68.42%。MMP-11蛋白表达与肿瘤病理类型、患者年龄、PR及HER-2的表达无关(P>0.05),而与绝经状态、ER相关(P<0.05)。单因素分析示MMP-11、ER、HER-2与预后相关,多因素分析显示无一基因表达与预后相关。结论早期乳腺癌患者的MMP-11蛋白表达与绝经状态、ER蛋白表达有关,与患者的年龄、PR及病理类型等无关。MMP-11在早期乳腺癌的作用尚需进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe retrospectively the protein expression and significance of MMP11 in early breast cancer(EBC),and its relationship with clinical pathological features and the expression conditions of ER,PR and HER2.Methods A total of 76 cases with EBC were followed up in this study.The protein expressions of MMP11,ER,PR and HER2 in tumors were detected by immunohistochemical staining and statistical analysis.Results The positive expression rate of MMP11 protein was 68.42%.The expression of MMP11 was not related to the features such as histopathological type,PR expression,age and prognosis of the patients(P>0.05),but positive related to menopausal status of patient and ER expression of tumor(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed the expressions of MMP11,ER and HER2 were correlated with prognosis,but multivariate analysis showed none of these protein expression related to prognosis.Conclusions The results of this small pilot study suggest that the expression of MMP11 protein in EBC was correlated with menopausal status and ER expression,but not correlated with prognosis.The role of MMP11 in EBC requires further study.更多还原
