超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统在诊治乳腺良性病灶中的应用
Ultrasound-guided mammotome minimally invasive peeling in treatment of benign breast disease
【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统对乳腺良性病灶的应用价值。方法对435例856处乳腺病灶进行超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切术,通过病理检查与随访评价其对乳腺病灶的诊治效果。结果Mammotome微创手术成功率达100%。每个肿物的平均切除时间为15min,平均旋切次数18次,肿物长径(1.5±1.0)cm,皮肤伤口微小,仅3~5mm。无严重并发症。结论超声引导下的Mammotome微创旋切系统对乳腺良性病灶成功进行微创切除术,其操作简单,准确,安全,损伤小,美观效果好,是一项值得推广的乳腺微创技术。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the practical value of ultrasound-guided mammotome minimally invasive peeling on benign breast disease.Methods 856 benign breast masses from 435 patients were treated by ultrasound-guided mammotome minimally invasive peeling.Results All of breast masses were resected safely and completely.Each mass was resected by 18 peelings on average,and the average operation time was 15 minutes.The maximum diameter of the masses measured 1.5±1.0cm,and the lengths of incision were only 3 to 5 mm.No serious complications occurred among the patients.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided mammotome minimally invasive peeling for benign breast disease appears to be a procedure for widespread using because of its simplicity,accuracy,safety and minimally invasiveness.
