大型低扬程泵站钟形进水流道高度研究
Research on the bell inlet passage height of large low-head pumping station
【摘要】 为分析钟形进水流道高度对流道性能的影响,利用F luen t软件求解雷诺平均N-S方程和标准k-ε双方程湍流模型,模拟计算了3个钟形进水流道的内流场,同时进行水工模型试验,获得大量流场数据.通过对数值模拟和模型试验的对比分析得到以下结论:经过适当优化,流道高度H和喇叭管悬空高度h2可以大幅度降低,当H/D≤1.0,h2/H≤0.35时,泵站仍可具有良好的经济技术指标.
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the effect of the bell inlet passage height upon the performance,using of Fluent software to solve RANS and standard k-ε model,the internal flow fields of three bell inlet passages were numerical simulation computed and the hydraulic model tests were carried out.Large amounts of data of flow fields were collected.Contrasting and analysis show that the flow passage height(H) and the clearance from floor to inlet pipe (h2) may be reduced in large scale by appropriate optimization.When H/D≤1.0,h2/H≤0.35,pumping stations still might have good economic and technical index.
