【摘要】 伴随着我国高等教育的大众化,大学毕业生就业问题愈来愈突出。经过调查分析,就业能力不足是导致大学毕业生就业相对困难、大量的大学毕业生不能及时就业的关键原因。针对这种现状,政府应加强政策引导,建立公平的就业环境、竞争环境;高校应更新教育理念,调整专业设置,完善人才培养模式,加强对大学生的就业指导,增强大学生提升就业能力的积极性和自觉性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the popularization of higher education in China,employment problem for university graduates is getting increasingly pressing.Investigation and analysis show that inadequate employment ability is the major cause of the difficulty of employment and inability to get immediate employment.Countermeasures proposed by the paper to address this situation include policy guidance on the part of the government,the establishment of fair employment and competition environment;and on the part of universities,updating of education ideas,adjustment of discipline arrangement,perfection of the mode of talent cultivation,offering of employment guidance to students and enhancement of the initiatives of students in improving their employment ability.更多还原
