【摘要】 目的:探讨不同的牙周袋深度对高压氧治疗老年人牙周炎临床生物学指标的影响。方法:选18例老年牙周炎患者共362颗牙齿,根据牙周袋的深度将患牙分为A、B、C三组,高压氧治疗前后,分别测定三组患牙的各临床指标的变化,观察菌斑形态分布的变化并进行统计学分析。结果:除了C组患牙TM参数治疗前后差异没有统计学意义外,各组GI、SBI、PD、TM治疗前后变化均具有显著性差异。A组和B组的变化幅度大于C组,治疗后A组袋底球菌、杆菌、梭状菌比例变化最大,B组次之,C组最小,治疗后螺旋体均明显减少。结论:HBO对老年人牙周炎治疗作用取决于HBO到达牙周袋底的深度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of HBO on the biological indexes in the aged periodontitis patients with different pocket depths.Methods Eighteen aged periodontitis patients with 362 tooth were selected to treat with HBO,and all the teeth were divided into three groups with different pocket depths(groupA,B,C).The clinical indexes were determined pre-and post-treament of HBO,the changes of bacteria plaque distribution were obsereved and analyzed.Results There were significant difference in GI,SBI,PD and TM pre-and post-treament in all groups,except the TM parameter of group C.The changes of group A and B were more obvious than group C,the proportions of cocci,bacilus and clostridium in pocket bottom were changed the most markedly in group A post-treament,followed by group B and group C,spirochete were all significantly descreased post treament.Conclusion The effects of HBO in aged periodontitis patients may depend on how deep the pocket bottom is.更多还原
