【摘要】 目的探讨云星胶囊对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态、营养不良、免疫功能的影响。方法将36例维持性血液透析患者随机分为两组,治疗组18例,给予云星胶囊1g/次,3次/d;对照组18例,给予安慰剂胶囊,治疗时间为6个月。结果治疗结束时,治疗组C反应蛋白(CRP)水平明显降低,HDL、WBC、PLT、Alb水平明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.005),体质量指数及反复呼吸道感染率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组各项指标治疗前后无明显变化。结论云星胶囊可降低维持性血液透析患者CRP水平,升高HDL、WBC、PLT、Alb水平,改善患者微炎症状态、营养不良及免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of yun-xing capsule on microinflammation state, innutrition and immune function in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Method Thirty-six maintenance hemodialysis patients in the 3rd people’ s hospital were enrolled .Patients were randomly divided into treat group and control group .In the treatment group,1g yun-xing capsule was given oral to the patients every time, three times every day, the patients in the control group were given placebo capsule, the trial lasted for 6 months. Results The CRP, HDL, WBC, PLT and albumin level statistical signifi cance improved in treatment group (P<0.005). The BMI and rate of repeat infection of respiratory tract were statistical signifi cance (P<0.05) .All the markers in the control group did not change throughout the trial. Conclusions Yun-xing capsule can reduce serum level of CRP and increase serum levels of HDL, WBC, PLT and albumin, and can improve the microinflammation state, innutrition and immune function in maintenance hemodialysis patients.更多还原
