【摘要】 目的观察研究光子治疗仪治疗面部雀斑的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用Alma Lasers治疗仪,参数选择光谱为570nm,能量密度13～17J/cm2,光斑面积15mm×40mm。患者经1～3次治疗,两次治疗间隔时间3周,随访观察3～12个月。结果60例雀斑痊愈率为78.3%,显效率为10.0%,有效率为6.7%,无效5.0%,未出现不良反应,总有效率95.0%。结论光子治疗仪对雀斑的治疗,安全有效,复发率低,明显优于传统方法,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study of clinic curative effect cum security utilization photon therapy equipment to cure prosopo-fleck. Methods Fleck be treated 1～3 vices by Alma Lasers equipment with wave length in 570nm, energy density 13～17J/cm2, light spot area 15mm × 40mm.interval is 3 week, followed up 3 month to 1 year to observe therapeutic effect. Result 60 cases were recoveried 78.3%, excellence 10%, effective 6.7%, nullity 5%, none untoward reaction occurrence ,the rate of effective in all is 95.0%.
