【摘要】 目的探讨开展干部档案的审核整理工作对医院发展的促进作用。方法通过总结总结肇庆市第一人民医院3年来开展干部档案审核整理工作的经验。结果通过开展干部档案的审核整理工作,提高了干部管理水平,同时促进了医院发展。结论医院干部人事档案管理部门集中保存的文件材料集,是医院及上级机关全面、历史地考察了解和正确选拔任用干部的重要依据。干部档案质量的好坏,管理水平的高低,直接影响医院各项工作的开展。因此,肇庆市第一人民医院从源头上和整体上提高了干部档案质量,把干部档案管理提高到一个新水平,对医院的发展起到了积极的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of cadres’ f iles auditing and sorting in promoting hospital development.Methods The experience of the f irst people’ s hospital of Zhaoqing cadres’ f iles auditing and sorting work was surmised in recent three years.Results The developing of cadres’ f iles auditing and sorting improved the management level of cadres, promoted the development of hospital.Conclusion The documental materials which the management department of cadres’ personnel f iles centralized and preserved are an important basis to study, understand, select and appoint cadres for hospital leaders and higher authorities.The quality of cadres’ f iles and management level should directly affect the hospital work development.Therefore, the f irst people’s hospital of Zhaoqing has improved the quality of cadres’ f iles and raised the cadres’ f iles management to a higher level;and played a positive role in the development of hospital.更多还原
