【摘要】 目的研究肝纤胶囊对急性血瘀证模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法采用肾上腺素和冰水冷刺激造成急性血瘀证大鼠模型,观察肝纤胶囊对全血黏度和血浆黏度的影响。结果与模型对照组比较,肝纤胶囊可使急性血瘀证模型大鼠高、中、低切变率下的全血黏度和血浆黏度明显降低。结论肝纤胶囊能改善血液流变学异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the effect of Ganxian capsule on the hemorheology in blood stasis rats. Methods Through use of adrenaline and ice water lead to blood stasis in rats, and observating the impact of hemorheology. Results Ganxian capsule enable decrease high, medium and low shear rate of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity signifi cantly in blood stasis rats. Conclusion It suggested that Ganxian capsule has effects of improving the abnormal blood rheology.更多还原
