【摘要】 目的阐述医院档案在医院管理所起的地位、作用,以探讨实行规范化管理的必要性。方法通过分析医院档案管理普遍存在的四方面问题,得出从5个角度出发来实行档案的规范化管理。结果档案规范化管理使档案管理每个环节的运行有章可循,提高了利用档案的效率,为实行医院信息资源共享打下良好的基础。结论实现医院档案规范化管理,有利于促进档案建设,有利于促进档案为医院创造良好的社会效益和经济效益,有利于推动医疗卫生事业的发展。更多还原
