【摘要】 目的比较局部麻醉和硬膜外麻醉下行腹股沟疝无张力修补术的效果。方法60例腹股沟疝无张力修补患者随机分为局部麻醉组(n=28例)和硬膜外麻醉组(n=32例),对两组的手术时间、术后下床活动时间、术后伤口疼痛、术后尿潴留和住院费用等进行比较研究。结果局部麻醉组在手术时间、术后下床活动时间、术后尿潴留、住院费用等方面均优于硬膜外麻醉组(P<0.05)。结论局部麻醉下施行无张力疝修补术具有操作简单、患者痛苦小、恢复快、手术并发症少、住院时间短及住院费用低等优点,提高了手术安全性,拓宽了手术适应证,适合老年患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the efficiency and benefit of tension-free inguinal hernia repair with local anesthesia compared with epidural block anesthesia. Methods All of the 60 cases were performed tension-free hernioplasty with mesh-plug made of PP. 28 cases were treated with local anesthesia and the other 32 cases were treated with epidural block anesthesia. And the operation time, postoperative time staying in bed, wound pain, postoperative complications such as retention of urine and hospitalization costs were observed. Results Compared with the epidural block anesthesia groups, the local anesthesia groups had shorter operation time, shorter postoperative time staying in bed ,less postoperative complications such as retention of urine,and lower costs. Conclusions Tension-free inguinal hernia neoplasty under local anaethesia can be recommended to the aged patients as its simple procedure,well toleration,minimal invasion,low risk of complications and low hospitalized duration.更多还原
