【摘要】 目的探讨前臂桡动脉皮支皮瓣修复颜面部软组织缺损患者围术期的护理方法。方法对24例颜面部软组织缺损患者,采用前臂桡动脉皮支皮瓣转移修复颜面部缺损处,术前加强心理指导及相应的特殊体位训练,术后密切观察病情,预防血管危象的发生,加强营养支持及康复锻炼。结果24例患者皮瓣均成活良好,伤口甲级愈合,局部修复效果满意。结论对颜面部软组织缺损予皮瓣修复者,术前给予心理指导及相应的特殊体位训练,术后密切观察,精心护理,预防血管危象的发生是保证手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the nursing of skin flap in forearm radial artery to repair the facial soft tissue defects during the perioperateive period.Methods On 24 cases with facial soft tissue defects,we treat skin flap in forearm radial artery to repair the facial soft tissue defects.Before operation,strengthen the psychological guides and relative exercise.After operation,observe closely their conditions.prevent the vessel crisis and enhance nutritional support and healing exercise.Results 24 cases are well developed,their incisions has healed well.the results of partial restoration are satisfactory.Conclusions on the patients with skin flap repairing the facial soft tissue defects,before operation,strengthen the psychological guides and relative exercise.After operation,observe closely their conditions.Prevent the vessel crisis and enhance nutritional support and healing exercise.That contribute a lot for the operation.更多还原
