【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective method of preventing overstock and waste and decreased the need of circulating fund in the case of clinical needed.Methods Analysis the index of drugs stock.Establish the economic bulk purchase of drug.Accounting the purchase、sales and inventory and management the inventory.Results the Operating costs of drug in hospital were effectively controlled.Conclusion Increasing Revenue and Cutting Expenditure fundamental way out for hospital focusing on economic effi ciency control cost and decreased medical cost.更多还原
