【摘要】 目的了解门诊类风湿关节炎患者用药依从性现状,提出改善用药依从性的建议。方法采用问卷调查法,对163例门诊类风湿关节炎患者用药依从性进行调查。结果用药不依从比例达65.0%,以农民和退休人员中用药不依从率较高,分别为80.9%、76.1%。用药不依从的主要表现形式有停药、减量、调换其他药物等。用药不依从的主要原因有医师讲解不清、症状缓解、害怕药物不良反应、经济困难等。结论医师应多与患者沟通,加强用药指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To fi nd out the present situnation of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients on clinical compliance and to improve the clinical compliance.Methods By questionnaire,163 cases of RA were studied on clinical compliance.Results The rate of non-clinical-compliance was 65.0%,the highest 80.9%,78.1% respectively among peasants and retired people.The main appearances of non-clinical-compliance showed:stop-taking medicine, Lowered medicine volume, Chang to other medicine, etc.The appearance ineluding:indistinct explanation, relieved symptiom, threaded by the side-effect, ill-effect, economical, ect.Conclusions Phtsicians shoud put move energy in communicating with patients and enhance take-medicine guidance.更多还原
