癌细胞“转染现象”探讨与分子病理学分析

【摘要】 目的探索癌细胞导致其周边组织细胞发生不同程度增殖转化的概率、以及这种"转染现象"的物质基础。进一步了解肿瘤发生的原动力,探求肿瘤发生的本质。方法通过2092例癌症病例的组织病理观察统计发生率;通过免疫组织化学检测其"转染过渡区"的增殖信号、受体调节蛋白阳性率。结果癌细胞能够使其周边组织细胞发生不同程度增殖转化的占43.1%。"过渡区"的173例相关增殖信号、受体调节蛋白阳性率91%。结论组织细胞之间存在多种形式的信息传递,癌细胞可以通过一定方式诱导周边细胞发生功能、代谢及增生改变,表明有信息传递。传递的物质可以是细胞因子、增殖信号蛋白以及受体蛋白、生长因子、转录因子等,以诱导、启动周围组织细胞增殖。理论上讲其达到增殖分化调控紊乱后同样可以发生癌变。传递信息的强与弱及周边组织的反应程度,存在个体和组织类别的差异,结果存在非必然性。肿瘤发生及演变是从细胞增殖开始,启动细胞增殖的是细胞因子、增殖信号蛋白以及受体蛋白、生长因子、转录因子等,可视其为肿瘤发生始动力物质,而癌细胞演变过程正是增殖信号蛋白、细胞因子、受体功能调控紊乱和基因高表达、表达失控的过程。癌变后细胞之间存在更复杂而强化地细胞信息传递、受体蛋白调控紊乱,继而产生形态、代谢、功能的多样性及基因改变不同的细胞癌。因此认为细胞信号传递及蛋白调控紊乱在肿瘤发生演变过程中起主导作用;另可进一步论证:肿瘤的发生非一个细胞的变化及分裂增生形成肿瘤,而是多细胞在增殖中相互作用、影响不断演变,最终形成肿瘤。

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of cancer cells to explore the surrounding tissue cells in various degrees of proliferation risk, and this "transfer of" the material basis. Learn more about the driving force behind cancer, explore the nature of cancer. Methods Way through the 2,092 cases of cancer cases observed the pathological incidence statistics through immunohistochemical detection of its "transfer transition zone" of the proliferation signal-regulated protein receptor-positive rate, the cancer cells to their surrounding tissue cells in varying degrees. Results The proliferation of 43.1 percent. "Transition zone" of 173 cases related to the proliferation signal-regulated protein receptor positive rate of 91 percent. Conclusions Cells between the various forms of information transmission, cancer cells can induce a certain neighboring cells function, metabolism and proliferation changes that have the transmission of information. Transfer of material can be cytokines, proteins and the proliferation signal receptor protein, growth factor, transcription factors, so as to induce to start the surrounding tissue cells. Theory, to achieve their proliferation and differentiation control after the same disorder can be cancerous. Transmission of information and weak and the strong organizations around the level of response, and there are individual differences in the types of organizations, the non-existence of inevitability. And the evolution of tumor cell proliferation from the beginning, cell proliferation is the start of cytokines, proteins and the proliferation signal receptor protein, growth factor, transcription factors, tumors can be seen as a driving force for material before, but cancer is the evolution of the Proliferation signal protein, cytokines, receptor-control disorder and gene expression, the expression of out-of-control process. After the cancerous cells between the more complex and strengthen the transmission of information to cells, the receptor protein-control disorder, and then have a shape, metabolism and function of the gene change and diversity of different cell carcinoma. So that signal transduction and cell protein in tumor control disorder in the course of evolution plays a dominant role and another could be further proof: the occurrence of non-tumor cells in a split and formation of tumor proliferation, but many cells in the proliferation of interaction, the impact Evolution, the final formation of tumors.
